The helmet cleaning machine market has expanded rapidly with numerous brands emerging. Currently, the whole industry faces prominent challenges in product quality, durability and user experience:

1. Poor durability of standard parts
Most machines adopt low-grade accessories for household use, which need replacement after just a few months of operation.

2. Unreasonable structural & circuit design
To speed up production, many manufacturers simplify internal layouts. Poor dry-wet separation and messy wiring lead to frequent unexpected faults and difficult repairs.

3. Mutual interference between dual cabins
Most dual-cabin models share one single operating system, causing functional conflicts between the two cleaning compartments.

4. Drawbacks of dedicated cleaning detergent
All mainstream machines on the market rely on special detergent, bringing multiple issues:
High export transportation cost and complicated shipping procedures; local restock is also inconvenient.
The detergent only works for atomization with nearly no disinfection effect.
Limited fragrance options; the scent fades within hours or one day at most.
Substandard detergent easily clogs pipelines, raising maintenance costs and leading to frequent part replacement.

Our new model fully solves the above problems:
1. Equipped with industrial-grade components, with a service life of over 2 years and a total working lifespan exceeding 10,000 hours.

2. Adopts modular design with independent components. Optimized dry-wet separation structure enables easy disassembly, part replacement and daily maintenance.

3. No dedicated detergent required. It uses high-temperature steam and regular water for thorough cleaning, with no water pipe connection needed.

4. Supports up to 6 optional fragrances, stored in independent containers. Perfume is easy to purchase locally, and the scent can last for 5 days after cleaning.

5. Ultra-low consumable cost: only water and perfume are needed. One 200ml perfume bottle can serve 2,500 helmet cleaning cycles.

6. Dual cabins are equipped with two fully independent operating systems. If one compartment malfunctions, the other can keep working normally.

7. Full in-house R&D with no outsourcing at all.
